An inventory compiled by Gerard Beekman on 1 May 1868. Listed are 201 separate properties. The vast majority of the lots are in the Lexington--3rd Avenue area in the 60's; about 10 are in the Village; about 40 around 50th Street and East River; about 145 are in the Lexington--3rd Avenue area; and the rest are in Harlem or scattered. New York State properties listed are as follows: 1) 19 acre estate at Oyster Bay; 2) 6 acres farm near Schenectady; 3) 2 lots in Schenectady; 4) 200 acres in farms near Plattsburgh; and 5) 100 acres in farms near Saratoga.
